By combining quantification and statistics for classification and verification, it is possible to address unsolved issues.

• Authenticity check according to honey variety such as blossom, honeydew, linden, lavender, chestnut, and pine, according to geographical origin
• Detection of frauds including additional rice syrup or sugar based syrups
• Detection of unexpected and unknown frauds
