BAADER Food Processing Machinery Innovation From Tradition

By BAADER
On July 28, Rudolph M. J. Baader founded the BAADER company in Lübeck, Germany. The development of automated fish heading, gutting, filleting, and skinning machines for ocean and fresh water fish species established the BAADER company as a leader in automated industrial fish processing by the 1950's.
