International buyer platform
The bakery industry in China is a typical bilateral industry that aims to introduce advanced international technologies and empowers China’s bakery enterprises to go abroad. Its development has supported the local bakery market and resulted in wide-reaching geographical influence from neighbouring countries and regions including Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan.
The number of buyers at Bakery China increases at an annual rate of more than 10%. For international buyers, this figure is even higher, reaching 40% each year. In 2018, we will further enhance our international influence through global networks and cooperation with more international governments and industry organisations.
Bakery China also strives to attract high-quality international buyers through comprehensive match-up services for domestic and international bakery companies.
Bakery + coffee: continuous industrial integration
The integration of baked goods with high-end foods such as coffee, beverages, and light foods has been a continuous growth process. Since its launch at Bakery China 2015, the ‘Coffee, Beverage, and Fine Food Zone’ has been growing at a rate of nearly 50% every year.
This exclusive zone exhibits finished and semi-finished coffee products, coffee equipment of various sizes, creative coffee art, training, and a rich combination of products and services that cover the entire industry value chain.
The National MBA Coffee Latte Art Competition hosted at this zone, has received worldwide attention and its winners have fetched successful professional opportunities.
