GENE-UP® is a new commercial polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based molecular diagnostic system for the detection of pathogens, manufactured by bioMérieux.

Backed by more than a century of experience, as well as being AFNOR and AOAC certified, GENE-UP® offers dual detection using fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) technology and Melt analysis. This technology improves the specificity of the test, which means fewer false positive screen results.

GENE-UP® is IANZ accredited and approved under MPI Recognised Laboratory Programme for export testing.
