Track, report, and monitor food and beverages worldwide
The Zenatek Tracking System (ZTS) is a real-time cargo tracker used to monitor cargo. It also records package temperatures to ensure environment-sensitive products are delivered safely and meet regulatory requirements.
This intelligent system traces shipment routes and immediately informs the client if a container’s doors or pallet’s seals are tempered with; if a container or pallet is turned on its side, capsized, or involved in an accident; or if other scenarios occur where the cargo is placed at risk.
Each delivery is further protected with a GeoCoded proof-of-delivery line on the receipt, which guarantees there has been no unauthorised opening of the container.
Easy communications and GPS monitoring
ZTS monitors cargo worldwide, tracking from departure to delivery. The alerts system maintains effective communications through Zenatek’s web-based system via email.
In addition, the Zenatek Tracking Device (ZTD) features global positioning system (GPS) tracking to provide an accurate geographical position from any location that is compatible with the GPS or Glonass standards. The device is also Galileo-enabled.
Trigger alarms for temperature and humidity
Zenatek’s ZTS system is suitable for environment-sensitive products as it can monitor temperature and humidity parameters. These levels are set by the client to ensure exact requirements are met. They can also be re-configured remotely once the shipment has departed.
Comprehensive tracking solutions with web-based portal
ZTS was designed to offer a comprehensive, cost-effective cargo tracking service to monitor containers and assets in transit. Through a multiple mapping solution, the container can be located within meters and can be tracked in real-time on a web-based portal.
Data is retrieved wirelessly through the ZTD, which in attached inside the pallet or to the container doors. No tools are required for installation.
The ZTD has a battery life of around four months and sends messages daily. Alerts are sent via SMS or email, and clients can log in to the website at any time to check the cargo’s GPS co-ordinates and view previous alerts.
In addition, the web portal can be used to store documentation such as a bill of lading, a packing list, and sanitary certificates.
Supply chain optimisation for cargo shipments
Zenatek has expertise in supply chain optimisation to help avoid misplaced cargo and reduce delays. This allows clients to save money as the need for safety stocks is decreased.
