Flavourtech has announced that it has been awarded the NSW Excellence in Business award at the recent NSW Business Chamber’s State Business Awards.

Building on its success at the Murray-Riverina Regional Awards, Flavourtech was a finalist in categories Excellence in Export and Excellence in Business, which were presented at the International Convention Centre in Sydney on Friday 17 November, 2017.

Attended by more than 1,000 people, the awards celebrated the business success of 165 finalists from a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, retail, education, employment, and consulting.

Located in Griffith, Flavourtech manufactures process technologies that are exported to more than 60 countries worldwide. Its technologies include:

• The Spinning Cone Column (SCC) for natural aroma recovery
• The Centritherm® evaporator for concentration of heat sensitive products
• The Integrated Extraction System (IES) for the production of ready-to-drink (RTD) and soluble tea and coffee

The company has assisted customers around the world to produce higher quality products for more than 35 years, and continues to develop better processes to benefit its customers and help them produce market-leading products.
