Flavourtech has announced it will attend Achema in Frankfurt, Germany, to showcase its innovative processing technologies.

Taking place from 11 June to 15 June, Flavourtech will be present in booth D64 in HALL 5.1.

During the show, Flavourtech will be able to discuss how its Spinning Cone Column (SCC) technology can assist manufacturers producing beverages for the reduced alcohol sector. Premium, full-flavoured, no alcohol beer (NAB) / low alcohol beer (LAB), and both zero and reduced alcohol wines are now possible.

The SCC is also recognised by many flavour houses as integral in recovering natural flavours from fruit, tea, and coffee. At the show, Flavourtech will also present the new Mini-SCC, which is developed to optimise operating parameters for larger, commercial SCCs, as well as research and development (R&D) work and the processing of small volumes of extremely high-value products.

Achema visitors can also learn about Flavourtech’s Centritherm® evaporator with only one-second heat contact time at low temperatures making it an ideal evaporator for heat-sensitive active ingredients.  Alternatively, they may be updated on developments to the Integrated Extraction System (IES) for instant coffee and ready-to-drink (RTD) tea and coffee.
