A leading producer of standardised herbal extracts, Euromed has recently appointed Yu Jiang as business development executive for Greater China. Jiang has a food science background, more than ten years of sales experience in health ingredients and works at Euromed’s branch in Shanghai.
With more than a decade of experience in the sale of food ingredients, Yu Jiang brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Engineering from the Hefei University of Technology.
During his career, Jiang has worked as sales manager at Glanbia, and as key account manager at ingredient supplier Bronson & Jacobs, supporting clients such as Unilever, Nestlé and Firmenich. He joined Euromed from his position at Lesaffre, where he worked first as China business development manager and went on to become sales manager for the company’s Human Care unit.
In his role as business development executive for China at Euromed, Jiang is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, managing the existing business and securing new opportunities for the company in the Chinese market.
