Bizerba is adding the Prepack Compliance module to the industry software BRAIN2.

With this application, food manufacturers can record, evaluate and archive all statistical data from the Bizerba price labeller and checkweigher in use. This statistical information can be used to check fill level or weight classification, and can be stored centrally and in an auditable manner in the BRAIN2 database.

The food industry is obliged to be able to provide faultless product data for every batch. Otherwise, there can be severe penalties in case of an audit.

The Bizerba software provides the necessary transparency, as all details can be viewed using the item number, production date or batch number. Manufacturers can implement industry-wide standards and their own company limits centrally in the database, which in practice saves a lot of time.

The reports can also be automatically saved as a file or printed for evaluation or archiving, which makes the effort required for evaluation very low. As the software is licensed for each communication partner, BRAIN2 Prepack Compliance is affordable as well for small and medium-sized companies with a small number of devices.

BRAIN2 Prepack Compliance is compatible with all of Bizerba’s labellers (GX devices) and checkweighers (CX devices) from device version 8.6. The module supports all common Windows formats.
