The new BAADER 144 salmon gutting machine together with the new Speed Feed system is a game changer in the salmon industry.
BAADER 144, as a successor of the well known BAADER 142 salmon gutting machine, is revolutionary in regards to speed, cleaning performance, working range and hygiene.
Within a working range of 2kg-11kg, the machine can run with only little adjustments via the latest state-of-the-art electronic control box as no tools are needed.
It is stable and provides an outstanding gutting/cleaning result, also for bigger fish. The guts are removed without any contamination of water, and are separated and collected in a second cyclone.
It will be possible to store recipes for different species and sizes in a recipe archive for quick changeover.
The design of BAADER 144 follows the highest hygiene standards and it is prepared to be connected to CIP. Due to the re-designed hygiene, manual cleaning time is reduced significantly compared to BAADER 142.
There is no grease in the product area and the tools can be easily dismounted for external cleaning. Automatic chain cleaning is also part of the re-design.
The most efficient way to run BAADER 144 is to combine it with the new Speed Feed system BAADER 1570.
This automatic feeding system is revolutionary in performance and speed. It can feed up to eight gutting machines with nearly 100% hit rate. Every fish fed into the system will reach the gutting machine directly with a speed of up to 25 fish a minute.
Gutted fish will leave the machine at a central outfeed, which can be connected to a scale system. This combination makes it possible to realise a full flexible distribution of the fish according to weight, k-factor, quality grading, physical and size information for further processing.
A future application of BAADER 144 will be a camera detection of the cleaning result. The salmon gut inspection system (SGI) will be an available option in the future.
