BAADER Food Processing Machinery Innovation From Tradition
By BAADER
On July 28, Rudolph M. J. Baader founded the BAADER company in Lübeck, Germany.
The development of automated fish heading, gutting, filleting, and skinning machines for ocean and fresh water fish species established the BAADER company as a leader in automated industrial fish processing by the 1950's.
Since 1953 the son of the company founder Mr. Rudolf G Baader has led the BAADER enterprises. Under his leadership, BAADER designed and equipped more than 850 factory trawlers and innumerable on-shore factory plants with BAADER processing lines. In addition, his farsightedness led to the diversification of BAADER towards other important food sectors.
