Our latest innovation in the field of dried food products, so called dehydrates, are the products of the Embalance® range. These are special flakes that are produced using a newly-developed and patented physical production process without the use of additives.
The first developed product based on peeled potatoes is our Embalance K 1000; starting from this 'standard' Embalance K 1000 there are several variation possibilities. Embalance has excellent water absorption behaviour and can be used, for example, as a binding and texturing agent.
