Indian consumer goods group Marico has purchased an 85% stake in Vietnamese food and personal care company International Consumer Products Corporation (ICP).
In a regulatory filing today (18 February), Marico said that it purchased the stakes held by two private-equity firms for an undisclosed sum.
IPC manufactures branded condiments and booked 2010 revenues of US$25m.
