The 8th annual convention also featured noted speakers such as Faith Popcorn, an authority on contemporary market trends, and four-time Winter Olympian, Dan Jansen.
The company reported over $1 million in sales during the convention, with Sense, followed by the LEAN LifeLong Foods, dominating sales.
Myron Wentz, Ph.D., USANA president and chief executive officer commented, “It is always gratifying to see new products generate immediate acceptance. We expect that these new product lines will generate a new level of opportunity for our associates and stimulate USANA sales, both domestically and internationally.
“The addition of these foods and personal care products to the USANA product lines is a further fulfillment of our vision to develop nutritional products that will promote optimal health for young and old.”
John B. McCandless, USANA chief operating officer, commented, “From an operational standpoint, these product launches increase our efficiency by consolidating and organizing our product lines. We have dropped some less popular products and are replacing others with these new products, so these launches actually represent a decrease in the number of SKUs we have to manage worldwide.”
USANA develops and manufactures high-quality nutritionals, personal care, and weight management products that are sold directly to preferred customers and associates throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
