Following the recent announcement that cereals giant Kellogg is to be separated into two operating divisions, the titles and responsibilities of several important executives are now to be shifted, with immediate effect.

Alan F. Harris, president of Kellogg Europe, is now also president of Kellogg International, a new division of Kellogg Co.. Reporting to Harris will be the previous president of Latin American operations, Gustavo Martinez, who is now executive vice president of Kellogg International and vice president of Kellogg Co. and another vice president at Kellogg Co, Timothy P. Mobsby. He is also executive vice president of Kellogg International, and president of Kellogg Europe.

David Mackay will continue to head Kellogg USA, the other division of Kellogg (K) and he is also senior vice president of Kellogg Co.

A Kellogg spokesman has revealed that Jacobus “Koos” Groot has decided to leave his positions of executive vice president of Kellogg Co and president of Kellogg Asia-Pacific, because he refuse to report to Harris.
