Atlanta, GA-based Cinnabon, a leader in the QSR cinnamon roll bakery category, has revealed that its president Gregg Kaplan has resigned.

Kaplan is leaving the company to pursue other business opportunities.
Cinnabon, a subsidiary of AFC Enterprises, will immediately undertake a search to find a replacement, but the company’s COO Chris Elliott, will assume Kaplan’s duties in the interim.
