Whole Foods Market has recalled 6,000 jars of 365 Everyday Value Kalamata Olive Tapenade because the product may contain glass fragments.
The voluntary recall comes after the company received two reports in Texas of glass being found in the jars. The Kalamata Olive Tapenade was distributed throughout the US.
The recalled product comes in an 8.12oz jar and is marked with the number “B.B. 14/09/2009 L 257/06” with a time stamp between 14:00 and 16:00.
