Unilever’s US ice cream brand Breyers has introduced Gelato Indulgences, specifically targeting couples that are too busy to go out.
Breyers Gelato Indulgences features a creamy gelato with a sauce and gourmet topping for the “ultimate” stay-at-home treat.
A new campaign advertising the launch will “show couples how to create the perfect date night at home”, said a statement.
“Our loyal fans told us they want even more indulgent offerings from Breyers, and Breyers Gelato Indulgences is the perfect answer,” said Alfie Vivian, vice president of refreshments for Unilever North America. “With its uniquely indulgent trio of textures, Breyers Gelato Indulgences can help busy parents create a great date night right at home, any night of the week.”
Breyers Gelato Indulgences is available in grocery stores across the US in four flavours: Vanilla Caramel, Raspberry Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and Triple Chocolate. A 28.5oz tub retails for between $4.49-$5.99
