Bravo! Foods International has bolstered its operations team with two management appointments.

The vitamin-fortified, flavoured milk group said it had appointed Joe Librizzi as director of procurement and supply management. He most recently was with Slim Fast Foods, a division of Unilever.
Librizzi will direct the Company’s purchasing and supplier relationships to control costs and provide co-packers with adequate and timely raw material supply.
The company also said Mike Comerford is its new director of operations. For the past five years he owned and operated MJ Comerford Associates, a food broker business servicing the Northeast US. Prior to that, he was a vice president and general manager for Chiquita Brands.

As we continue to build our staff to best position the company for future growth, their expertise will be an invaluable component of our ongoing focus on controlling product costs and managing shipments to best serve our customers.
