UK retailer Sainsbury’s has recalled a batch of its own-brand Strawberry Pencils confectionery product after pieces of metal were found in a batch.
The company has recalled the affected batch from sale.
Sainsbury’s has displayed product recall notices in stores advising consumers to return Strawberry Pencils with a best before date of July 2009 and batch code L-H 8213-3.
