Sainsbury’s To You, the online shopping service of UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s, has come last in a consumer survey of online grocery shopping services.

Only three out of ten customers of Sainsbury’s To You said the service was “very good”, according to a Which? magazine poll. Among the chief complaints were difficulties in locating items on the website and the unavailability of products, reported The Guardian.

Ocado, the grocery shopping service 40% owned by retail group John Lewis, came top in the survey, with nearly eight out of ten shoppers describing the service as “very good”. Asda’s online shopping service came second last in the survey.
