Ocean Spray has expanded its fruit ingredient portfolio with the launch of fruit sweetened dried cranberries in the UK.
The new addition is being rolled-out as a finisher to products such as cereals, trail mix and baked goods, the firm said today (24 August).
Marion Burton, marketing manager, Ocean Spray, said: “This latest addition to our extensive ingredient portfolio is based on customer demand for ingredients with all fruit appeal.”
