Cheung will be responsible for developing innovative new products from concept to launch. She will also be focusing on the company’s existing product range to ensure the quality and shelf life of products are maximised. Prior to joining Mr Bagels, Cheung worked as an R&D technologist at Unilever.


Mr Bagels provides frozen and ambient bagels to the retail and foodservice sectors.
