Inter Link Foods has been forced to push back the start date for its recently appointed finance director.

The UK food group said today (16 April) that Brendan Hynes has asked to wait to take up the position following the announcement that his current employer, drinks firm Nichols, is in talks over a possible sale.
Inter Link said its interim financial management team have agreed to remain in place until Hynes joins the company.
