Green & Black’s has launched two organic ice cream varieties.

The premium chocolate maker has expanded its ice cream offering with vanilla ice cream and chocolate source, a variety designed to appeal to those who enjoy the cocoa flavour of Green & Black’s chocolate.

“The difference is that we use cocoa mass, made from simply grinding our cocoa beans into a fine paste to give it that extra chocolate hit, rather than just using chocolate,” explained Micah Carr-Hill. “The chocolate intensity, for which Green & Black’s is famous, is balanced out by our creamy organic vanilla ice cream.”

The second new ice cream variety is white chocolate & raspberry ice cream. Described as “sharp and fresh” the ice cream combines a raspberry compote with white chocolate ice cream.

Other ice creams in Green & Black’s organic product portfolio include chocolate & orange, and caramel and nut.
