Fredericks Dairies is launching a Double Decker ice cream bar across the UK, following successful regional trials last year.
Fredericks Dairies, which manufactures Cadbury ice cream products, said the test launch was “widely considered one of the most innovative launches into the ice-cream bar sector in recent years”. As a result, the company is rolling it out nationwide.

The company also announced it is expanding its Natural Confectionery Ice Squirt range, launched last year at the London Olympics, to the UK impulse market. Like the Double Decker product, the line targets impulse channels. The company said packs of 24 were being distributed to UK wholesalers.
