Danone has expanded its line of Cow & Gate baby food in the UK with the launch of a range of 100% fruit pouches.
Available in six varieties, the company said the resealable pouches are “easy to eat” and “mess free” with no added sugar or preservatives.

The new fruit pouches will be available nationwide in Tesco, Asda and Morrisons stores.
Other baby food brands offering products sold in pouches in the UK include Plum and Ella’s Kitchen.
There has been a spate of M&A activity in the baby food sector, including the sale of Plum to Campbell Soup Co. and the acquisition of Ella’s Kitchen by Hain Celestial in May.
