The world’s largest food company Nestlé has remained silent on rumours that it is in talks to form a joint venture with Russian company Bistroff.
Bistroff produces instant porridges for the Russian market.
A spokesperson for Nestlé told just-food that the company is not able to comment on such speculation. The company also declined to comment on rumours in the Russian press that the company is eyeing the eventual acquisition of Bistroff.
