Through the deal, Nature's Path will add 18 organic products to its portfolio, including: canister oats and grits, instant hot oatmeal pouches, and cookies.

Products sold under the Country Choice Organic brand will move to Nature’s Path branded packaging this autumn. Nature’s Path will be discontinuing several Country Choice Organic instant hot oat pouches in order to avoid product overlap.

Arjan Stephens, EVP of sales and marketing at Nature’s Path, highlighted the potential of organic hot cereal canisters. "We look forward to building on a solid foundation to increase our presence and impact this rising category in new and important ways," he said.
