Irish-based fruit and vegetable distributor has said that Neil McCann is to retire from the position of chairman of the group.
McCann, who joined Fyffes in the 1950s, is to remain with Fyffes as a director.
Vice chairman Carl McCann, who has served as finance director of Fyffes and was made vice chairman in 1988, is to take on the role of chairman, effective immediately, reported Dow Jones International News.
