Cherry Valley, the UK’s leading supplier of duck, will be launching a foodservice offering to the trade audience at the IFE trade exhibition in London next week.
Cherry Valley Farm Fresh will offer duck with “more meat and less fat than any other brand on the market”, the company said. This will be the 10th year the company has exhibited at the global food and drink show.
Meanwhile, The food industry of Lincolnshire will also be making its way to London from 15 March. A number of businesses represented by Select Lincolnshire will be in attendance, and the county food brand will be championing all things ‘innovative’ from the county to tie-in with the theme of the overall event.
Some of the innovations that will be showcased on Select Lincolnshire’s stand are pink onions, which are only grown commercially in the county.
Enter the ‘Walk the World’ hall and you can visit the Chile stand were you will find a selection of foods, including: preserved seafood, wine jellies, exotic fruits, ‘unique’ jams, ‘exclusive’ vinegars, ethnic spices, avocado oil, mineral water and Pisco, among others.
