Danone’s board has nominated two new members to be appointed as directors of the group.

Isabelle Seillier, who currently sits on the board of Paris Europlace and is chairman of JP Morgan in France, and Jean-Michel Severino, former civil servant with the French Ministry of Finance, have been put forward to replace two outgoing board members.

Michel David-Weill and Jacques Alexandre Nahmias have both elected not to renew their current mandates as directors.

The nominations will be put before Danone shareholders, the board said in a regulatory statement.
