In his new role at Corkers, Glennan will have be responsible for the strategic direction of the business in the UK and internationally as well as the day-to-day leadership of the senior team. He has been tasked with driving the quality, innovation and profitability of the brand, Corkers said.
Glennan said: “I have long admired the Corkers brand for its constant focus on quality and home-grown produce. Snacks are a real passion of mine and I am excited to be working with the great team at Corkers to develop new products and put a structure in place that will support the growth of the business over the coming years.”
Corkers was founded in 2010 by Ross Taylor and Rod Garnham. According to the company, the company grew its sales by more than 30% over the past 12 months. Its potato-based snacks are on sale throughout the UK at Waitrose, National Trust sites and independent delis.
