Australian seafood firm Sam’s Seafood has said it has appointed Sir Tipene O’Regan to its management team as part of its global brand positioning strategy.

The New Zealand-based company director has extensive seafood sector experience and an international network of industry relationships throughout Japan, Europe, the UK and the US, the company said.
Sam’s Seafood specialises in the retail, wholesale, franchising, export, processing and distribution of fresh and frozen seafood.
