While beef producers’ share prices plummet across Europe, the Australian Agricultural Company (AAC) is expecting positive attention from the retail investment sector as it prepares for its listing in mid-2001.

The majority of shares of the Australian giant, which is purely beef-focused, will be distributed to shareholders of its parent company Futuris.

ACC’s CEO Peter Holmes a Court is also believed to be considering a strategic purchase, and a book build for institutional investors will be conducted for the period of a month.
