Former Yum Brands executive Graham Allan is to become the CEO of Asian retailer Dairy Farm International Holdings.
Allan, who had run Yum’s international operations for eight years, will join Dairy Farm as COO next month. He will then replace CEO Michael Kok when the Dairy Farm chief retires at the end of the year.
On Wednesday, Dairy Farm, which runs stores across Asia, said it had acquired a 50% stake in Philippines retailer Rustan Supercenters.
Last month, the UK-listed retailer bought 70% of a company that runs six Lucky supermarkets in Cambodia.
