UK group Abergavenny Fine Foods is working to get back to full production after a facility was hit by fire.
A blaze broke out at the company's site in Blaenavon in south-east Wales on Sunday. The factory was unoccupied at the time. Investigators are trying to identify the cause of the fire.
In a statement, MD Melanie Bowman said there had been damage to the site and production has been affected. However, she said the firm had managed to maintain production at a second facility seven miles further north in Abergavenny.
"While we have been obviously affected by this fire, we would like to reassure our customers that we are working towards business as usual at Abergavenny Fine Foods as quickly as possible," Bowman said,
"This is a key time of the year for us, we have a substantial order book, and the company has recently invested GBP1.2m in a new dairy to increase our capacity. We will not let this fire deter us from our strategy to grow Abergavenny Fine Foods even further in the future."
A spokesperson for Abergavenny Fine Foods said the company had no further comment.
