Lactalis USA, part of French dairy firm Lactalis, has announced the purchase of Rondele, a producer of gourmet spreadable cheeses.

Rondele has a number of spreadable cheese brands in the US, including rondele Spreadable Cheeses, rondele Bagel Temptations, rondele Bread Essentials, and rondele Pub Cheeses. The company also produces “extended shelf life” spreadable cheese products and private label products.
