Hain Celestial's UK arm has announced the launch of a rice pudding line.
Hain Daniels' Naughty But Rice dessert brand is available in three flavours: coconut and raspberry; chocolate orange and salted caramel. The products can be eaten warm or cold.
The new line aims to "revive" rice pudding, the company said. Each pot features 140g of rice pudding.
The range is available in supermarkets across the nation at an RRP of GBP1 per pot.
Hain Daniels' other brands sold in the UK include New Covent Garden Soup Co., meat-fee brand Linda McCartney's and Farmhouse Fare desserts. The group currently operates out of nine sites across seven counties in the UK.
In the year to the end of June, Hain Celestial saw its net sales jump 15.5% in the UK to US$736m. However, its operating income the country fell in part to costs from setting up a private-label desserts factory.
