Agribusiness giant Bunge has announced the opening of an ingredient innovation centre in the US.

The “state-of-the-art” centre in Bradley in Illinois will include an industrial kitchen and corporate dining facilities, Bunge said. After products are developed, they can be tested and sampled in the bakery applications, analytical and sensory laboratories, the company revealed.

Bunge said the new facility would allow it to offer “hands on” experience for customers as well as “showcasing” the group’s capabilities.
