Del Monte Foods has said that the promotion of Larry Bodner as EVP, finance, and David Allen as EVP, operations, will “significantly strengthen” the group’s leadership team.
“These appointments to expanded roles with increased responsibilities will significantly strengthen our senior leadership team and move Del Monte’s execution capabilities to a higher level,” said Richard Wolford, chairman and CEO of Del Monte Foods.
Bodner, who previously served as SVP, finance and investor relations, will now oversee all of the company’s finance and strategy functions.
In addition to his current responsibilities, he will also assume responsibility for accounting, controller, treasury and strategic planning functions.
Bodner will continue to report to David Meyers, EVP, administration, and CFO.
Meanwhile, Allen has been promoted from his current role as SVP, operations and supply chain. He will now oversee all of the company’s operations and supply chain functions, including consumer operations, international operations and special markets.
