Ninety percent of delegates said that hospitality businesses should have defined company policies on drug and alcohol abuse, reports caterer.com, with policy backed up by checks and drug tests.

Eighty percent of delegates also felt they needed more effective training in how to managed problems arising form drug and alcohol dependency and bullying.
