US agribusiness giant ADM Specialty Ingredients is restructuring its sales and marketing organization.


The division has organised its resources to focus on meeting customers’ needs in the following key markets: Meats; Nutrition; Baking, Cereals & Snacks; Beverages; Confectionery; Pharmaceutical; Personal Care; Industrial; and Food Processing.


“Organizing around key industry markets will allow Specialty Ingredients to better understand customer needs and provide product solutions from its extensive portfolio and further represent ADM’s commitment to creating value for our customers,” said Larry Cunningham, ADM senior VP, corporate affairs.


ADM Specialty Ingredient products include soy proteins, lecithin and monoglycerides, citric acid, xanthan gum, sorbitol, lactic acid, edible beans, emulsifiers and bakery mixes.
