US online marketplace Foodtrader.com has denied rumours of its imminent demise as “completely inaccurate.”
It had been alleged by sources close to the company that Foodtrader.com would be shutting down its site last Friday [18 May] after heavy investment in the group failed to pay off.
Last October, Foodtrader.com announced it had gained US$15m in second round financing through a private placement.
