German retailing giant Aldi has been taken to the Federal Court of Australia following allegations by Kollaras that a spoken agreement concerning the leasing of a Wollongong supermarket site was broken. Aldi is being sued under the Australian Trade Practises Act by the real estate developer, which claims that the breach deprived the company of considerable income.
