Austrian listed food company St. Georg Beteiligungs AG, formerly Mautner Markhos, will apply for liquidation.
The company’s management and supervisory boards made the announcement at an extraordinary general meeting for shareholders yesterday (4 December).
The shareholders authorised management to sell the property in Vienna held by St. Marx Liegenschafts-Beteiligungs-AG, which constitutes a significant part of St. Georg’s assets, the company said.
