A woman in the US has filed a lawsuit against US cereal giant Kellogg, claiming she broke a tooth while eating Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes.
Micki McBride claims she suffered “excruciating pain” after allegedly breaking a tooth on a grain of corn that was partially crystallised.
McBride claims the incident left her unable to work for a period of time due to “severe bodily pain and mental anguish”.
She has filed the lawsuit for damages in excess of US$10,000, plus legal fees, reported the Associated Press.
