Belgian retail group Delhaize has said that it is growing its market share in Belgium and plans to open a new supermarket in La Louviere this year.

The company, which does most of its business in the US, also plans to renovate two other stores, reported Dow Jones International News.
Delhaize said its market share in Belgium had risen to 25.5%, up by 0.24% from the same time last year.
