US bakery business BakeMark has acquired Best Brands from its former parent CSM Bakery Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition includes the brand and product portfolio.

BakeMark, based in Pico Rivera, California, provides ingredients and products to the food industry via a network of distributors and manufacturing centres.

CSM Bakery Solutions sold BakeMark to Pamplona Capital Management in July.
